A FASHION influencer tried on childhood costumes and while some actually fit, they were a bit scandalous.

Julia, who goes by the TikTok handle @_boringbb_, has a love for vintage clothing and decided to shop her own wardrobe from over a decade ago and play dress up.

Julia captioned her TikTok video: “I love this ‘advice to younger self while getting ready’ trend, but I’m not very good at makeup.

"So instead here’s me trying on some of my childhood Halloween costumes.”

Then she started by sharing: “I’m in my late 20s. Here’s what I would tell my younger self.”

She first wore a red sequin spaghetti strap dress with matching gloves. The childhood costume snuggly fit Julia’s petite frame and the hem fell at the top of her thighs.

I had an ‘appropriate’ Halloween costume for work – I still got gross comments

Julia posed and strutted around in the NSFW look.

“The red dress is literally giving Taylor Swift,” someone commented.

Then she pulled out a storage bin that was labeled: “Disney girl costumes and dance costumes.”

Julia put on a poofy pink lace skirt. While the hem may have previously landed at the top of her knees as a child, now it falls mid-thigh.

She paired it with a teal blue fringe costume rolled up to fit as a shirt, matching blue gloves, a frilly slip jacket, and a pink feather fan.

“Having my ‘Princess Diaries’ moment,” she wrote.

Just as the character Mia Thermopolis got excited over her new extensive wardrobe that she could dress up in as a princess, Julia also felt like she was having her own princess moment.

Next, Julia rolled down the teal blue fringe costume to reveal it was a flapper dress, likely worn to a dance recital.

She looked confident in the micro minidress. She styled the costume with the original matching gloves and feather hair piece.

Julia also put on a tiny blue spandex top and booty short set. The shimmering costume had a sheer flowy bodice that Julia had fun playing with.

While trying on these costumes and holding up ones that no longer fit her, Julia shared life advice from beauty to relationship to financial tips. But her last piece of advice was particularly heartfelt.

“The way you look is the least interesting thing about you and being patient with yourself is the best form of self-care,” she said, ending the video.

“Not everyone gets big sis advice like this, thanks girl,” someone commented.
