FROM makeup selection to interacting with male customers, a Hooters employee has shared the very specific rules the chain has in place.
Taking to social media, Kayla keyed her followers in on what it takes to be the ideal Hooters girl.
"Hey guys, my name is Kayla and I work at Hooters, and today I'm going to be going over a few rules we have," the waitress began in a viral TikTok video.
"So to kick it all off we have to wear makeup, and we have to have our hair done," she said.
She added that their hair has to be naturally colored, meaning no extravagant hues like blue and pink – and their makeup has to be natural as well.
Kayla also highlighted that the makeup she was currently wearing, which featured a smokey eye, would not be okay for work.

She then spoke on the etiquette in place for talking to men who appear to be in relationships.
She said: "When we are serving couples, we are supposed to only address the girl unless it's absolutely necessary to address the guy.
"This is for obvious reasons, because no one wants to make the girl feel like we're trying to get with her boyfriend or anything like that."
Despite taking extra care to do this, Kayla said it usually doesn't matter because the girlfriends' would sometimes assume that they were "flirting either way."
She continued: "And while serving is part of the job of a Hooters girl, we're not technically considered servers. We are entertainers, because we put on the uniform and we have a certain role that we play.
