A WOMAN has been left "grieving" after she went to get her hair done, and was left with green, wonky locks.

She took to TikTok to share her experience at the salon in Bankstown, Sydney, Australia, explaining that the "worst thing you can imagine happened to my hair".

"I wanted to get blonde streaks or highlights in my hair, and I’ve got henna on my hair, so when they put the bleach on my hair, it turned green – which was perfectly fine, it’s normal when that happens if you’ve got henna in your hair," she began.

"And I asked for layers and I just wanted it to look bouncy and pretty.

"And I wanted sort of like a cool ash brown in my hair.

"And this is what I looked like when I left that salon."

She then showed a picture of the back of her hair as she left the salon, admitting: "I’m literally shaking."

"I also asked for the bleach not to touch my roots – I just wanted it to be smudged into the rest of my hair so it sort of looks more natural," she added.

"And this is what they gave me."

Referring to some hair at the front which had a definite green tinge, she added: "The owner also spent time trying to convince me that this is silver – it’s a platinum blonde silver."

She continued to explain that her mum had stayed up with her all night to "try and sort my hair out".

And they'd reached a point she was mostly happy with – sorting out the uneven layers and colouring it dark brown.

"It’s not as bad as what it was," she sighed.

"But literally nothing was covering that green.

"And then they let me walk out like that.

"They charged me and let me walk out like that, and thought, ‘Hey, that’s a good haircut, that’s a good hair colour.’

"I just can’t believe they let me walk out like that."

What made things even worse was that the salon told her it that what she wanted was "do-able".

"They were fully like, ‘Yeah we can do it, it might not be the exact ash brown colour that you want but we can do it ash brown. We’ll make it look real good'," she explained.

"And yeah, it was just terrible."

In the caption, she added: "Btw I also showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted and they said its 'do-able'."

People were quick to comment on the video, with one writing: "Girll PLEASE don’t let them get away with that without getting your money back and exposing the business!"

While a third commented: "I know, I’m grieving so much, If they don’t refund me I’ll just contact the consumer services."
