“Have a farm-tastic day!” enthuses Collina Stada’s press release, accompanying sunny garments that offer an optimistic alternative to today’s gloomy outlook. Founder Hillary Taymour utilizes her label as a platform to both uplift like-minded creatives and upcycle deadstock textiles, motifs that equally inform the label’s optimistic Spring/Summer 2021 collection.

Sean-Kierre Lyons and Alicia Mersy contributed artwork to the lookbook, while Taymour’s friends, co-conspirators and muses model the seasonal items, yielding imagery that reads more like a costume party than unsmiling fashion presentation. Indeed, the playful tie-dyed cornfields and branded rainbow waterfall backdrops host a bevy of colorful jackets, shirts and trousers, most of which are recycled from past collections to avoid typical fashion waste. Hand-decorated HOKA ONE ONE provide a DIY complement to Collina Stada’s signature warped hoodies, painted jeans and doodled bodysuits, bolstered by accessories that range from dyed tote bags to custom underwear.

Ahead of the new season, visit Collina Strada’s website for updates on the label’s latest wares.

Fashion week presentations continue in London with Robyn Lynch’s cycling-inspired range.
