Victoria and David Beckham roasted each other with jokey yet loving tribute in celebration of their 23rd wedding anniversary on Monday.
The power couple married on 4 July 1999 in Ireland with four month old son Brooklyn Beckham as ring-bearer and shared details of their lavish ceremony exclusively with OK! magazine at the time.
Victoria, 48, posted a sweet photo in ode to her husband David, 47, on Instagram as she marked their 23 years of marriage, which showed the pair giggling together while dressed in their signature smart styles at an event.
“They say he isn’t funny, they say I never smile, they said it wouldn’t last,” Victoria joked.
“Today we celebrate 23 years being married. David you are my everything, I love you so much!!!!”
The designer went on to post a second snap on Instagram Stories of herself and David smiling as at a restaurant, as she repeated: “@davidbeckham you are my everything! I love you so much!!” with two pink love heart emojis posted at the end.
Victoria also shared a throwback photo of her and David back in her Spice Girls days as they walked in an airport with their Louis Vuitton luggage in a trolley, which she added more heart emojis to.
The former popstar was seen flashing a big grin at the camera as she wore a brown mini dress, matching sunglasses and towering wedges whilst sporting signature bob at the time, while David looked stylish in a black T-shirt and trousers and white sandals.
David shared pictures of himself and wife Victoria also as he commemorated their anniversary.
On Instagram Stories he posted a photo of the pair early on in their relationship at a football game, where the couple first met, as he wrote: “23 years ago today”, and also shared a photo of the couple rocking co-ordinated purple outfits at their wedding photoshoot.
He wrote: "Purple and so serious."
David also uploaded a clip of his and Victoria’s infamous interview with Ali G in 2001 which showed the comedian ask him: “Were you always into the Spice Girls?” to which he responded: “No. but I was into Posh.”
The former footballer repeated his answer again in his caption as he wrote: “No but I was into Posh… 23 years ago today Posh became Mrs Beckham, but she will always be Posh.
“Happy Anniversary WOW 23 years & 4 beautiful kiddies I love you , we all love you” he added, tagging Victoria and their four children Brooklyn, 23, Romeo, 19, Cruz, 17 and Harper Beckham, 10.
