Gemma Collins has showcased her weight loss while doing an intense weight-lifting workout outdoors.

The 40 year old, who recently said she loves her "original face" more after getting her fillers dissolved, took to her Instagram feed to post a short video of herself doing a series of lunges towards the camera as held a wheel-shaped weight above her head.

As she made her way across the gorgeous green field, the TV personality screamed in pain while tellig her 2.1million fans: "Guys, it's Monday, I feel… I'm just showing you the realities for getting a gorgeous feeling about yourself huns. It's a killer, I'm not gonna lie.

"Determination… Every lunge is getting me to the person I wanna be. Every breath I'm gasping for is getting me to where I wanna be."

She then pulled up her pink vest top reveal her bare waist as she added: "Guys a few weeks ago I would not be pulling up my top. I am just absolutely loving [this!]"

In the caption, she wrote: "NEVER MISS A MONDAY!!! you got this," [sic] followed by a bulging bicep emoji and a celebration hands emoji.

Celebrity friends were quick to praise her as Georgia Harrison said: "love this," [sic] as Chloe Sims posted several heart eyes emojis.

Gemma, who recently installed a panic room in her £1.3million home, then took to her Instagram stories to tell her followers about how her mindset has changed throughout the pandemic.

"You feel so much better once you train," she said. "Your eyes sparkle, you feel just so empowered for the day, nothing is going to stop me. And I just hope that it's really scary when you first start something and part me felt a bit embarrassed, like what if I can't do the moves?

She continued: "All I wanna say is it's only when you get out of your comfort zone, I think, do you truly find yourself and I'm really kind of like on the next level for my next goals, where I wanna be going in life, what I see for my future, what I see for myself.

"And I'm just loving this journey that I'm on. I know everyone hates the pandemic, and I get the reasons why.

"But just value the time it gives you. It's basically been, I'm not even going to say it's been difficult, I know it's been difficult, but because I've been focusing so much on something – and that was myself, I've been working on myself.

"I just, if anyone is struggling, we're nearly at the end now, just start working on yourself, focusing on yourself. Maybe write your goals down."

Gemma added: "I do change my lifestyle a bit now. I go to bed earlier, I don't take calls after a certain time now in the evenings, my phone is not a priority, I'm a priority. So yeah you really have to prioritise what is going to make you happy."
