Strictly Come Dancing's head judge Shirley Ballas cut a stunning figure this evening – rocking a pastel pink ballgown with pearl embelleshing.

The 59 year old posed up a storm on the red carpet for the first time since going under the knife last month.

Shirley was having her DD breast implants removed amid cancer fears – and this evening she stole the show with her confident smile and relaxed deneanour.

She's also been facing disgusting online trolling recently – including death threats – after several controversial decisions from the Strictly judges.

Heading to Centrepoint's 50th Anniversary Gala in central London, Shirley opted for the dress that she paired with silver sandals.

Her brunette locks were styled in gentle waves, while she went for bold lipstick and shadow for her eyes.

The four and a half hour procedure that Shirley underwent returned her breasts to their natural A cup size, as well as receiving a breast lift.

Meanwhile, online trolls have made Shirley a target after a string of controversial evictions from Strictly.

Dev Griffin, Catherine Tyldesley and Emma Weymouth have all been given the boot from the show, leading to trolls attacking the judges for their decisions.

Shirley previously related to Jonathan Ross a death threat that she'd received, in which someone had sent her a doctored picture of her digging her own grave.

Still, the professional dancer has shaken off the attacks as she looked the picture of sophistication posing alongside Strictly co-host Claudia Winkleman at the event.

She'll be back on our telly screens on Saturday for the long-awaited Blackpool Strictly live show – it's anyone's guess who's to be axed as only the cream of the crop remains.

Current favourites are Kelvin Fletcher, Michelle Visage and Karim Zeroual, with some fans reckoning Saffron Barker's in with a solid chance after her beautiful Waltz with pro partner AJ Pritchard.

The routine earned them a whopping 39 points and rocketed them to the top of the Week Eight leader board.
