Actress Rosie Perez will testify against Harvey Weinstein in his rape trial on Friday.

Prosecutors want the “Do the Right Thing” star to bolster and corroborate testimony from her pal, Annabella Sciorra, who told jurors in the trial Thursday that Weinstein raped her during the winter of 1993-1994. A judge green-lighted the request Friday.

Sciorra told jurors that the once-powerful producer had forced his way into her Manhattan apartment and overpowered her, later threatening, “This remains between you and I.”

The actress testified that weeks later, she confided to Perez, “I think something bad happened to me. I think I was raped.”

Sciorra’s rape claim is too old to be prosecuted under New York’s former statute of limitations restrictions, but she was called to testify to a charge alleging that Weinstein was a sexual predator.

Perez was expected to take the stand Friday afternoon.
