Katharine has been mostly absent from social lately, but has been spotted out with husband David Foster recently.

She and David were seen out together just before the Christmas holiday doing some last minute shopping.

Katharine is expecting her first baby with David, who is already a dad to five, including Sara and Erin Foster.

Fans are convinced that Katharine might be having a boy all because of this Instagram, which was her first confirming the pregnancy.
