Olivia Wilde is a regular at the gym – and it shows.
The actress/director, 39, showed off her fit figure as she emerged from the gym in Los Angeles on Wednesday morning.
Olivia stepped outside with a bright smile, her hair slicked up into a messy top knot, and a pair of sunglasses concealing her eyes.
She carried a massive teal water bottle and stored other essential belongings inside a red tote she had thrown over her shoulder.
The Don’t Worry Darling filmmaker wore a black sports bra, waist-high leggings, and chunky black trainers.

As for her jewelry, she kept accessories to a minimum save for a few delicate hoop earrings.
Olivia is frequently spotted at the gym, though previously admitted she doesn’t have a set workout routine in place.
In a 2019 interview done when she was residing in New York City with her then-fiance Jason Sudeikis, she told CNBC: ‘We already walk more than people in a lot of other cities. But when you have an option to walk or take a car, walk if it’s an option. I’ll take the stairs.’
‘There’s often a way to [be active],’ she added. ‘Rather than sitting at home and taking a call and doing a phone meeting, walk around. You could often incorporate activity into your life.’
A lot has changed since this interview, notably her relationship status. She has since split from Jason, whom she shares son Otis, nine, and daughter Daisy, seven, with.
The actress now appears to be on good terms with her ex after the former couple settled their child custody dispute in September.
In documents obtained by DailyMail.com, the Ted Lasso star will pay his ex $27,500 a month in child support, and will also pitch in 25% when it comes to childcare.
In October, a source told People that the Hollywood stars are ‘in a good place.’
