Speaking at her intimate post Pride mini-show at Troxy in London, Sporty Spice playfully laid into David Beckham’s missus in front of a shocked crowd.
It’s no secret that Mel B was left seething after Posh shunned their trek, however, up until now Mel C had kept quiet on the subject.
However, the I Turn To You singer’s comments, playful or not, have left some fans wondering if there is still animosity behind the scenes.
A source at the bash told Daily Star Online: “We were all told to turn our phones off and then she spoke about Victoria.
“She called her a miserable cow.”
The insider added: “Who can blame her?
“The least Victoria could have done was to watch a single show but she didn’t even do that.”
A second source has insisted the comments were nothing more than banter and that Mel and Victoria are great friends.
Proving she can poke fun at herself, Mel brought out five Spice Girl themed drag queens for mega-hits Wannabe and Say You’ll Be There.
In June the Spice Girls wrapped up an uber-successful UK stadium tour at Wembley.
The move was the first time Geri Horner had ever played the iconic venue after she famously walked out on the girls months before they sold out Wembley.
Looking emotional on the first of three nights at the 90,000 strong stadium, Geri, 46, said: “I need to say something I should have said a long time ago.
“I’m sorry. I’m sorry I left. I was just being a brat.
“It is so good to be back with the girls that I love.”
Speaking in June on Good Morning Britain, Mel B admitted she was left hurt by Victoria’s decision to snub the tour all together.
Asked why VB had not attended, the former X Factor judge replied: “I don’t know – I’m sure she has her reasons.
“I’ve already said I was upset, I still am a little bit.
“But it is what it is. Us girls, we all support each other no matter what.”
A rep for Mel C has been contacted by Daily Star Online for comment.
