“Just got on the scales. I was always nine stone… I am now 11 stone!,” Lydia said before making a dramatic song noise.

It comes after the reality star revealed the nerves she has ahead of giving birth.

In a clip, Lydia is wearing a white vest top and is laying in bed as she speaks to the camera. She says: “Tomorrow is my 29 week midwife appointment where we begin discussions about my birthing plan, which, obviously, is so exciting.

“But, I am little bit nervous, I am a little bit apprehensive, of course, because, well ultimately I’m pushing a child out of my va-jay-jay , so I know it’s not gonna be the most pleasant thing in the world!”

The former The Only Way Is Essex star then revealed she had begun a course in hypnobirthing to help her prepare for the labour of her first daughter, who she' expecting with her ex Lee Cronin.

She continued: “Last week I started my hypnobirthing journey. I met this lady Elida at a Mummas and Pappas event and she introduced me to her company Hynpbirthing and Me.

“I’d heard a little bit about hynopbirting beforehand but I wasn’t really too sure as to what it entailed. But, the way it’s been explained to me, is that you wouldn’t do a marathon with no training and no insight and ultimately, labour is an endurance test, so the more knowledge you have and the more you can be prepared of it, it can only be better for you.”

Speaking about the course she added: “Our first section was an introduction to hypnobirthing, what it is, the breathing techniques, also speaking about what happens in your muscles in your uterus when you go into labour and explaining how animals give birth.

“It was really educational and I absolutely loved my first session and I would definitely recommend it for women that are maybe a little bit nervous about labour. It definitely gives you more confidence and it educates you, knowledge is power!”
