Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell are taking tabloid rumors about their marriage to task.

The “Armchair Podcast” host took to Instagram to react to an interview request from Life & Style magazine on “sources” suggesting his marriage might be going through a rough patch.

“Sources tell Life & Style that Kristen and Dax have had problems in their marriage, including Dax’s addiction issues, but that they’re very happy now and are determined to make their marriage work,” the request read.

Shepard, who has been open about his struggles with addiction in the past, expressed faux outrage at the magazine’s revelation.

“DAMNIT! Who in the inner circled leaked?! I want names! My ‘addiction issues’ are between me, my sponsor, and the 3-4 folks listening to me speak about it for 4 hours a week on my podcast!!! How dare you!!!” the 44-year-old wrote. “Now if you will excuse me, I have a marriage to save…”

Bell, 39, took to the comments to joke she has a confession to make.

“I’m sorry hun, it was me. Ive found that my most dependable friends have always been the sources at Life and Style,” the “Frozen” star wrote.”They are always there to listen when I need to vent about your @peakyblindersofficial addiction.”

In the request, Life & Style gave Shepard a deadline of 5 p.m. Thursday to respond to the rumors.

“Honey, I dare u to respond ‘by 5pm tomorrow’ with an email of ALL (eggplant) emojis,” Bell commented.

Shepard and Bell have been married since 2013, and they share two children together. In September, Bell shared photos of her husband on Instagram in honor of Shepard’s 14 years of sobriety.

To the man mocked me in our wedding photos because I cried too many tears of joy, Who wore a baby Bjorn for 2 straight years to show his girls how to be as adventurous as possible, Who held our dear little shakey mann pup for 8 hrs straight on the day we had to put him down, I know how much you loved using. I know how much it got in your way. And I know, because I saw, how hard you worked to live without it. I will forever be in awe of your dedication, and the level of fierce moral inventory you perform on yourself, like an emotional surgery, every single night. You never fail to make amends, or say sorry when its needed. You are always available to guide me, and all of our friends, with open ears and tough love when its needed most. You have become the fertilizer in the garden of our life, encouraging everyone to grow. I’m so proud that you have never been ashamed of your story, but instead shared it widely, with the hope it might inspire someone else to become the best version of themselves. You have certainly inspired me to do so. I love you more than I ever thought I could love anyone, and I want you to know, I see you. I see how hard you work. You set an excellent example of being human. Happy 14th year sobriety birthday, @daxshepard. Xoxo
