Kendall Jenner has become known for being the least vocal one out her four sisters.
When it comes to speaking openly about things, Jenner usually chooses to keep a tight lip, but recently, the supermodel gave her honest opinion on what she thought about Kim Kardashian naming her son Psalm.
Though the rest of the family loved the name, Jenner wasn’t the biggest fan of it and shared her reasoning on national television, much to her older sister’s dismay.
Kardashian was not happy that her sister publicly dissed her son’s name
Everyone knows that the Kardashian-Jenner sisters constantly get into disagreements over many different things.
While their arguments range over a wide variety of topics, this latest sibling diss is one none of us saw coming.
During a recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Kendall Jenner shared a little about herself and her family, including her feelings on Kim Kardashian’s youngest son’s name.
Jenner admitted that she wasn’t the biggest fan of the name “Psalm West,” despite it being Kardashian’s top choice.
“[Kim] ended up going with a name that I didn’t even—like, that I didn’t care for as much,” the supermodel shared with Fallon.
Though Jenner later spoke highly of her nephew, Kardashian West wasn’t too happy that her sister subtly dissed her youngest son’s name on television.
A few days after Jenner’s Tonight Show appearance, Kardashian appeared on an episode of Live with Kelly and Ryan where she shared her thoughts on her younger sister’s interview.
“So I saw this interview that Kendall did on Fallon, and I was like, ‘Excuse me! First of all, say it to me first; don’t say it on TV for me to—’” Kardashian said.
Kardashian claims that Jenner now loves the name
After calling out Jenner for dissing her son’s name on national television, Kardashian went on to explain the story behind the name choice and shared that she thought her sister would be a bigger help than she actually was.
“So, we had like an hour,” Kardashian shared with Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest. “In the morning, I woke up, and Kanye was working and busy, but I knew our [name] list. So I called every sister, and Kendall was available, so I said, ‘Come over now, you’re not leaving my house until we get the name.’ And then Kylie and I—Kylie was like, ‘I’ll be on FaceTime with you guys.’”
After going back and forth with names, Kardashian and Kylie Jenner found a name that they both liked, but one that Kendall Jenner was on the fence about.
In the end, Kylie and Kim’s name preference won, and the KKW Beauty founder thinks Kendall is still bitter about it.
“And we just—Kylie and I really vibed on the name, so I think Kendall was more mad that her first choice wasn’t first, and she was hating on Fallon. She loves the name so!” Kardashian said.
Though Psalm West wasn’t her top choice, Jenner still loves her little nephew and couldn’t help but gush about him on The Tonight Show.
As she said on the show, “He’s awesome. He’s so adorable.”
