Katy Perry is pregnant with her first baby with fiancé Orlando Bloom, and the “Daisies” singer is currently adjusting to what life as a new mom will be like.

In a new interview on The Graham Norton Show (via Evening Standard), Perry revealed that she has been spending quarantine during the coronavirus pandemic with some very young family members, including “a three-year-old and a six-year-old and my brother has an eight-month-old baby.” Her fiancé, Orlando Bloom, has a nine-year-old son called Flynn, whom he coparents with ex Miranda Kerr.

Of living with so many children during the pandemic, Perry joked, “I’m learning to be a mom fast.” She also revealed, “Kids gravitate towards me through my music, so I am used to them, but I am not used to being woken up really early in the morning by them staring at me from the side of my bed.”

The pop star also discussed her decision to reveal her pregnancy in the music video for “Never Worn White.” She explained, “I thought, what better way to reveal big news in my life to my fans who have grown up with me, than via music.”
