Restoration Nightmare presenter Sarah Beeny has listed her incredible £3.5million mansion for sale.

The London home boasts seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, four reception rooms, a media room and a huge landscaped garden.

Sarah, 47, is selling the place as she has decided to relocate to Somerset with her husband Graham and their four children.

The presenter said she had never intended to sell the South West London house, located near Tooting Bec Common, but that "it's the right time".

"But it's the right time."

She explained that she wanted to raise her children in the countryside of Somerset instead of London.

'We've always harboured dreams of giving the boys that Swallows and Amazons childhood idyll," she said.

"Children grow up too quickly in London. We just want them to be children as long as they can."

She added: "Graham's always wanted to move out of London."

Sarah also sold her Yorkshire mansion Rise Hall this year.

She had bought the property for £440,000 and restored it, eventually selling it for a whopping £1.4 million.

The family will be moving into a 220-acre sheep farm in Somerset, where they've been splitting their time since flirting with the idea of leaving the capital.

Sarah added: "We’re very fortunate that we are in a position that we could make it happen.
