Strictly Come Dancing professional Graziano Di Prima has told OK! that it would be a dream come true if his fiancée Giada Lini could join the show to replace Oti Mabuse.

Oti confirmed her exit recently and while Graziano, 27, tells us he'll miss his friend dearly on the show, he'd love his future wife to take her place.

When asked about who should replace Oti, Graziano said: "I don’t know! That’s up to the BBC. Obviously I’ve got my fiancee, she’s a professional dancer. She’s been dancing with the stars in Italy, her dream would be on Strictly as well. It would be my dream if it could be Giada…"

Giada – who also posed with Graziano for a shoot for OK! ahead of their Italian wedding this summer – was more than open to the idea of joining the BBC show.

She said she'd "definitely" love to be a part of the famous dance competition.

Giada added: "I’d love to share the stage with Graziano. I think it is one of the most beautiful shows not just in the UK, but also in the world. It’s a dream come true for every professional ballroom and latin dancer."

Oti confirmed her exit last month on Instagram.

The star, 31, uploaded a series of photos from her time on the famous dance floor. The double champ penned alongside it: "Never easy to say goodbye. I have been part of the most amazing TV show, Strictly Come Dancing for the past seven years and it has been an incredible time.

"Lifting the glitter ball twice and having the best journey with all my celebrities, but also meeting and working with the best team, crew, producers, celebs and incredible professional dancers! You are my family and I adore you all forever."

Speaking about Oti's exit, Graziano said he'd miss her a lot.

He explained: "Oti is like my sister. We call each other two or three times a week. We are good friends – Me and Giada and Oti and Marius go out for dinner. We’ll go over to their house.

"When I joined the show Oti was always there, we really connected and she supported me. She is such a brilliant dancer, a brilliant person. Her leaving makes me sad, but at the same time makes me feel so lucky that I had the chance to work with her for three years."
