Billie Faiers and sister Sam found themselves in hot water during their first class British Airways flight yesterday after their behaviour raised some eyebrows.

The sisters and mum Suzie Wells jetted off to New York City for Billie's 30th birthday celebration, but the trip didn't get off to a great start after the mum-of-two was told off by flight staff.

Sam celebrated her sister's 30th by surprising her with a bash as well as the trip to the Big Apple.

The trio took to each of their Instagrams to document their trip so far, as Sam and Billie both posted a picture of all three ladies looking excited in Heathrow's Terminal 5 with a Bucks Fizz in their hands.

But it seems as though the trio let a little too loose as they sparked complaints from fellow passengers aboard the aircraft for their excessive noise.

The Faiers ladies documented their morning of getting ready for the flight as well as popping champers before in the first class lounge on their Instagrams.

Billie also posted a snap from inside the plane, with her and Sam clinking their flutes in their first class seats.

But the laughter stopped soon after when Billie took to Instagram to complain about airline staff who told her and Sam off.

She wrote: "I would like to say a huge thank you to some of the staff @British_Airways at the airport… However… Since being on the plane someone has complained because me, my mum, and sister have been laughing.

"Yes, laughing – how dare we, on our way to New York.

"Anyhow, that fun sucker [BA staff] from @British_Airways told us to 'keep the noise down'… Please honey, are we not even allowed to laugh these days?"

Despite the rocky start to the trip, the girls are set to celebrate Billie's 30th in style after touching down in the Big Apple.

Billie's birthday on Wednesday saw sister Sam also gift her a stunning Louis Vuitton bag, which she had customised with a Carnation flower on it – Billie's birth flower, and the date '15.01.2020' was written at the top of the bag.

The word 'Sister' was written next to the flower.

Revealing the thoughtful gift, Sam explained: "Inside (the bag) were the tickets to NY & our itinerary (the itinerary has actually taken weeks) Here's to being 30!"
