It’s no secret that Chris Hemsworth, already one of the swolest leading men in Hollywood, has spent the last year getting into even better shape. Ever since he landed the main role in the upcoming biopic of ’80s and ’90s pop culture icon Hulk Hogan, he has been upping the ante of his workouts, training harder than ever to build more muscle and put on enough size to believably portray a professional wrestler.

“I will have to put on more size than I ever have before, even more than I put on for Thor,” he said last year. “There is the accent as well as the physicality and the attitude… I will also have to do a deep dive into the rabbit hole of the wrestling world, which I’m really looking forward to doing.”

Throughout his transformation, which has included getting seriously jacked biceps, the actor has continually shared insights into his workouts, posting videos to Instagram of his fat-burning, muscle-building sled pulls and fighting training.

In his most recent IGTV video, Hemsworth and his gym buddy take on a physically grueling full-body workout from Centr app, the app which assembles fitness, nutrition and wellness insights from the actor’s team of trainers, chefs and coaches. This particular program, hashtagged #bloodsweatandtears in the caption, includes rowing, assault bike, barbell curls, loaded prowlers, and landmines—and to keep the fatigue at bay, the pair keep each other motivated with a cacophony of encouraging grunting and yelling.
