As a beauty writer that resides in Pittsburgh (a city known for its lack of sun), I've come to fiercely rely upon blush. Rare Beauty suggests using the doe-foot applicator to apply one or two drops of blush to the apples of your cheeks. I suggest playing with this amount to your individual preference, as there are some colors (like Grateful) that appear more prominent. In the case of Grateful, a true, vibrant red, I prefer to rid the doe-foot applicator of excess product before applying. 

Ahead of the spring season, Rare Beauty has added to its liquid blush color offerings, unveiling three new hues. The brand had given me the entire shade range and I was already a fan of Love, a matte terracotta, and Joy, a dewy peach. I'm now also especially fond of Entourage, a soft neutral pink. 

I love the seamless application of this blush and have found that any of the shades seem to easily blend into my pale skin. Rare Beauty reviewers have shared similar high praise, with one fan writing, "The formula is so pigmented but very easy to blend. You only need a little of this product and I love mixing shades… If you want to try something from Rare Beauty, this would be my number one recommendation. 

Another reviewer wrote that Soft Pinch is "unlike any other blush I've ever owned." They continued, "It is very pigmented and creamy. It also looks completely natural." With such a pigmented formula, you do need to properly blend the blush, but I've easily accomplished this task using my fingers and this special blush brush.
