Gogglebox star Tom Malone Junior has shared a strange rule that he claims stars of the show have to stick to on the show.
Tom, 26, joined the cast of the Channel 4 show back in 2014 alongside his mum Julie, dad Tom Senior, and his brother Shaun.
The dancer announced his decision to leave the show last year to pursue new projects, but still keeps fans updated on his life on social media.
In a recent Q&A, he opened up on some behind the scenes happenings on the show.
One fan asked him: "Do you stay in touch with anyone from Gogglebox other than your family?"

Tom replied: "So the weird thing with Gogglebox is, if you're on the show, you're not allowed to meet up with anyone else that is on the show, unless it's like an awards show that you're invited to or something.
"I still speak to a few people on social media and I still speak to all the crew and stuff…
"And see my mum and dad sometimes…"
OK! has reached out to Channel 4 for comment.
In February 2021, the star announced he is leaving the series to pursue further TV projects.
In a statement on Instagram, he wrote: “So after 6 and a half years it’s finally time to put down the remote, and to say goodbye to Gogglebox." followed by a TV emoji.
The star, who recently dished out show secrets, continued: “I’ve loved every minute and I’m eternally grateful to @channel4 and @studiolambert for allowing me to be a part of the show. But new opportunities are knocking on the door and it’s time to explore them.
“I look forward to enjoying the show as a viewer and not having to worry about having said something stupid," alongside a crying with laughter emoji.
Tom, who recently fired back at racist trolls who targeted his girlfriend Bryony, went on: “PS. Don’t worry my family @themalonesgb and @shaunmalone95 will still be on the show to keep you guys entertained every Friday.
He finished off his announcement with: “To the future.”
Many of his followers were quick to reply to the shocking news as one person wrote: "Best of luck Tom & thanks for the laughs," with a green heart emoji and a peace sign emoji.
"You are my favourite family on gogglebox," [sic] another said with a pink heart emoji.
While a third added: "I am sad to hear this but also very happy your family remains on the show! Let’s hope you come back as a special guest every once in a while," followed by a smiling emoji.
