"Thank you!! I can’t wait to keep building our empire and enjoy all the amazing memories as a family.

"Thanks for your love and support always. WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH! ❤️ Now let’s set our wedding date baby 😛✨✨."

Katie and Harry announced the happy baby news in March on social media.

Sharing a series of picture of the birth and her little one, Katie revealed: “Am officially a Mummy!!!!

“Had some time off in my baby bubble but figured today would be the best day to let you all know. We welcomed our beautiful baby girl into this magical world. Thaiga Dean ( pronounced Tiger ) 🐯💕✨.

"I never thought I could feel this way, am completely in love and thought I had everything in life until she came. My life is complete.”

She went on to thank the NHS and her friends and family, before continuing: “And my fiancé who is just my rock, you are my dream, thank you for giving me the world. We got you forever!”

Katie added: “Going back into my bubble now I’ll be back soon but right now I’m just so content being with my little family and enjoying every second of this incredible blessing. Universe thank you for the greatest gift alive. My beautiful baby daughter.”

The reality star, who rose to fame on the ITV2 dating competition in 2016 where she made show history by coupling up with co-star Sophie Gradon, previously revealed she wouldn’t be sharing her daughter’s identity.

She explained: “Her identity will be kept between and among her people though. I have decided not to share her with the world when she is here. Just because I choose this life doesn’t mean she should. Am not trying to be a mum blogger, just an amazing mum that I will be and do in private.”

Pregnancy reveal

At the start of the year, Katie took to Instagram with a sweet video detailing her pregnancy just weeks after she revealed she and her beau had got engaged.

Footage saw the star visiting the doctor for her initial scan, where the camera can be seen zooming in and out showing the baby's heart beat.

The clips, threaded together with Ed Sheeran's song Small Bump playing over the top, also sees Katie's mum reacting to the happy news.

The emotional video comes to end with the couple celebrating New Year's Eve in Thailand, where Harry popped the question on the beach.

"Been busy creating life," Katie captioned the video. "First came love, then came you. Six months pregnant with our biggest blessing.”

Love Island journey

Katie is best known for coupling up with the late Sophie Gradon on Love Island.

Sophie tragically passed away two years after starring in the ITV2 show after taking her own life.

She was originally coupled up with Tom Powell but he quit the series when his ex Emma entered the villa and caused tension between him and Sophie.

Katie then chose to recouple with Sophie, but the producers wouldn't allow them to be "official" even though they went on a date and kissed.

However, Sophie then dumped Katie and quit Love Island to be with Tom again on the outside.
