Despite being embroiled in an ongoing legal case in which he is accused of raping a publicist, Oscar winner Paul Haggis has been spotted at high-end bashes around town lately.

Last week, Haggis — who denies the allegations — was spotted at Gitano Garden of Love’s one-year anniversary party.

“He was pretty low-key . . . casually catching up with old friends,” said a guest.

On Wednesday, Haggis was spotted at the opening of Equinox at Hudson Yards.

“He was laying back on a lounge chair, smoking and chatting with models,” said a spy. “Girls were dancing in front of him, and one even lay across him and he hugged her and kissed her on the forehead. They seemed like they knew each other and were friends.”

Others at the bash included Kimberly Guilfoyle, Jason Binn and Jonathan Cheban.

An attorney for Haggis told us of the Yards party: “Paul Haggis was invited to this event by a friend who wanted to include him — he attended as a favor. Those who know him believe in his innocence. And when the sealed evidence is seen by the world, everyone will know he is innocent.”

Publicist Haleigh Breest claimed in a lawsuit that Haggis attacked her in 2013.

Three more women subsequently accused him of sexual misconduct.

He filed a $9 million defamation suit against Breest, then gave up on the case after a judge dismissed it. But his lawyers want confidential parts of Breest’s case to be unsealed, arguing that it will exonerate Haggis.
