A Manchester-based fashion brand has earned another famous face as a fan after Khloe Kardashian was spotted in a pair of their shoes.

EGO shoes, which first launched in 1976 and has gone through a total transformation thanks to the founder’s son taking advantage of social media sales, were stunned to see the KUWTK star in the Kilo heels.

The £30 perspex mules quickly sold out after they made an appearance in the launch campaign for Khloe’s collaboration with her sister’s Kylie Jenner’s make-up line, called KoKo Collection.

It’s not just Khloe that is a fan of EGO, younger sibling Kendall Jenner made waves when she sported a pair of their see-through perspex boots at a basketball game in 2017. 

And despite taking inspiration from Kanye West’s Yeezy collection, the Kardasian-Jenners like a bargain when they see one.

The shoe brand which has been trading in its current incarnation for almost four years, said that in 2018 social media channel generated more than £2.5million in revenue, a small fraction of its overall success. 

Along with famous reality stars, TV presenter Rochelle Humes sported a pair of the brand’s Kourt toe strap mule block heel which retail for £29.99.

Jamaican-Canadian model Winnie Harlow has also proved herself an EGO follower after she wore a sparkly pair of heels by the brand for her 23rd birthday.

Adeel Fiaz, 34, has been working for his father’s company since he was 16, and along with cousin Usman Riaz, 35, they transformed the family business into a fashion empire specialising in ‘quality trend-led footwear at an affordable price’.
