Welterweight prospect Conor Benn has an unbeaten record of 17-0 heading into Saturday's contest.
Benn, the son of former two-weight world champion Nigel Benn, boasts 11 KOs during his professional career.
And will be looking to take a step closer to a world-title fight of his own with victory over Vargas, who has six defeats in 39 outings.
Benn, 24, is the overwhelming 1/7 favourite with bookmakers Paddy Power to register another victory and maintain his unblemished record.
His most recent victory came against German Sebastian Formella, where he won via unanimous points victory in November.

The 31-year-old has fought the likes of Errol Spence Jr, Danny Garcia, Amir Khan and recently became the first fighter to tale Vergil Ortiz Jr beyond six rounds.
Ahead of the fight, Benn said: "He's lost when he's had to step up. Have I? No, I've risen to the occasion, every time.
"To be on where I plan on being, world champion, I should win this fight, without question, no problem.
"This is another step up and why there's a thrill to my career for the public to see me go from a raw novice to a genuine contender."
