Good Morning Britain beauty Ranvir Singh will fill in for Lorraine Kelly on her ITV talk show next week.

The 61-year-old Scottish presenter is taking two-weeks off for Easter to spend time with her family.

SM:TV legend Cat Deeley stepped in to present the show all this week and Ranvir, 43, is set over presenting duty from April 12 until April 16.

The presenter switch-up was confirmed on Friday's edition of GMB when he and Ranvir chatted to Cat via a video link to find out what was coming up on the latest episode of Lorraine.

Chatting to Cat, Ranvir said: 'I can't believe it's Friday already. I've really enjoyed watching you all week Cat."

The former children's TV presenter replied: "I know, you will be here next week won't you?"

Ranvir announced that she will be filling in for Lorraine next week, just before Ben cheekily asked Cat: "Does that me we have you next week?"

Former Strictly Come Dancing star Ranvir hit back: "This is not Wife Swap."

Mother-of-two Cat told the pair that she would not be hosting the ITV breakfast show and joked that she'll enjoy a week of well-deserved lay-ins instead after her week of early morning tarts.

The So You Think You Can Dance presenter has impressed viewers with her stint on Lorraine and have taken to social media to discuss her performance.

One fan penned: "Can we just keep @catdeeley on #lorraine? She’s so down to earth and a ray of."

Another added: "Great to see Cat Deeley on Lorraine."

A third person posted: "If I’d know Cat Deeley was hosting Lorraine this morning, I’d have watched from the start. She’s fab!"

While a fourth social media user said: "I think Cat Deely should do this permanently."

Cat chatted to Cold Feet actor John Thompson about his upcoming projects during her final episode of the week as host.

Ranvir is no stranger when it comes to covering Lorraine when she takes time off from presenting her show.

She stepped in to host the morning programme over the festive period while Lorraine enjoyed the Christmas break.
