And, it appears thousands of us enjoy the odd Mrs Hinch hack Google, with a recent YouGov poll showing that 49 per cent of people are cleaning and tidying more than ever before.
Yes, lockdown has seen Marigolds a’plenty, as people dust nooks and crannies around the home with the extra time they have.
In fact, there’s an average of 5,4000 Google searches for "Mrs Hinch cleaning tips" per month, YouGov reports, with trends from the search engine revealing a 160 per cent increase in searches for the company Minky – one of Mrs Hinch’s trusty cleaning products.
A company named End of Tenancy Cleaning London compiled the information on the best Mrs Hinch-approved products and hacks. So, drum roll, which Mrs Hinch cleaning hack is Britain’s favourite? Well, results are in and it shows that, with 26.32 per cent of the vote, Mrs Hinch’s "bicarbonate soda on the mattress" is the most searched for.
What’s the hack all about, you ask? Well, if you haven’t already Googled it like a large amount of people have, then listen up, because it’s pretty nifty.

The cleaning sensation, Mrs Hinch, or “cleanfluencer” as you might also call her, keeps her mattresses exceptionally tidy, as can be expected, and uses a surprisingly easy and affordable trick to do so.
Posting to her 3.3 million followers, the social media star’s products to clean a mattress include bicarbonate of soda, a sieve, a hoover and essential oil and if you’re thinking that sounds like a disaster in the making then read on.
After stripping the bed, the mum-of-one will sprinkle the bicarb powder all across the mattress using the sieve and leave it like that for an hour, at the very least.

She explained to fans on Instagram: “For those asking why I use bicarb and what does it do, it’s an odour eliminator so any odours that may be lingering in the mattress it just soaks them up and absorbs them. It works really, really well.”
Next, Mrs Hinch, who recently showed off a way to keep bed sheets fresh, adds a couple of drops of her favourite lavender essential oil to the pillows, but you can add whichever you prefer if this scent isn’t your cup of tea.
Lavender does, however, have calming and soothing properties which are a dab hand at allowing you a better night’s sleep.

Finally, the hoover is put to use at the very end, when, after having left the bicarb powder for your desired amount of time, you remove all of the excess, leaving you with a very fresh smelling mattress and pillows. Genius.
And the even better news is that bicarbonate of soda won’t break the purse strings, with a pot setting you back £1.85 from Ethical Superstore.
Fan favourite Mrs Hinch proves there’s no signs of stopping her in the recent poll with a whopping 81.58 per cent of people saying they would recommend Mrs Hinch’s hacks and products to others.
