One horrified British ex-pat Dave Mills, 73, said he could no longer take his grandchildren to the beach.
‘Thousands of visitors and locals, including children walk along the ‘passeo’ and will not be able to miss the pornographic elements,’ he told The Sun.
‘I definitely won’t be taking my grand-children there.’
Holidaymaker Andy Mansell noted that some of the sculptures were ‘obvious, others are indecipherable and a few are bordering on pornographic.’
However another anonymous beach-goer, 62, told the publication that the art had taught her ‘a thing or two’ and helped her to keep an open mind.
‘I must admit I kind of like them – it broadens the mind somewhat,’ she said.
