Enjoying around a walk around the Marivent palace gardens on the island of Mallorca the family appear to be a glowing picture of health and happiness as they enjoy the time away from Madrid.
The family have returned to Marivent on the west coast of the Spanish Balearic island of Mallorca for another year, favoured by royals internationally as the summer holiday destination, including Emeritus Queen Sofia and formerly Princess Diana.
Although markedly smaller than their permanent residence, The Zarzuela Palace, with 1,450,000 square footage and 3,418 rooms – said to be the largest royal palace in the world – the family’s summer residence, the Marivent Palace, would still be considered spacious by most, at 355,209 square foot.
The residence is just a ten minute drive from the coastal town of Magaluf where hundreds of Brits will also be enjoying their holiday in a rather different style…
