THIS is the sickening moment a thug boasts about covering a homeless man in red spray paint.
A man can be heard boasting, "This is how we deal with the beggars on the street" in footage filmed in Normanby, North Yorks, and uploaded on to Facebook.
He added: "He’s not even a beggar. There he is, sprayed to death.”
However the victim has since insisted that he is genuinely homeless and has been left rattled by the incident.
Locals say the man can often be seen sat near to the Tesco Express store on the High Street in Normanby.
A woman said: “I gave him a pound last week. Who would do that to someone? They could’ve blinded him.
“He was outside Tesco on Sunday.
“He definitely looks homeless – you couldn’t say for sure.
“It’s fairly unusual for Normanby so you notice him.”

A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said: “On Sunday afternoon police received a call from a member of the public saying she had come across a video of what appeared to be a man spray painting another man near the Tesco Express Store on the High Street in Normanby.
“The caller declined to give further details therefore this initial report was logged on our systems.
“If anyone has further information please contact Cleveland Police via the 101 number quoting event 166668.”
