CORONAVIRUS cases today hit 2,626 in Britain in the biggest daily leap yet – with 72 already killed by the deadly bug.
Cases jumped by 676 cases in 24 hours while Scotland recorded another death today.

A nine-month-old boy in Manchester is just one of the latest cases reported this week while a baby in Norfolk was confirmed with the virus.
It's the biggest leap yet with Boris Johnson today expected to make a decision over school closures in England as Scotland and Wales announced their schools would be closed by the end of the week.
