FOUR people are being hunted by police after a man allegedly sexually abused a dog.

A video of the ‘attack’ emerged on Facebook, which shocked viewers claim shows a white boxer dog being 'abused' and 'beaten' by a group of men.

The footage has since been removed from the social media site, with the account involved said to belong to a man from Peterborough.

Cambridgeshire Police confirmed it was investigating the alleged abuse after being called in by the RSPCA.

A Cambridgeshire police spokesman said: "We were contacted by the local RSPCA Inspector for Peterborough regarding reports of a video published on social media of a man sexually abusing a dog.
