A Brooklyn jury on Monday delivered two guilty verdicts to the man busted for fatally shooting Louis Barbati, the co-owner of the legendary Brooklyn pizzeria L&B Spumoni Gardens outside his home.

Andres Fernandez, 43, was found guilty in Brooklyn Supreme Court for second-degree murder and weapons possession for killing Barbati outside his Dyker Heights home in June 2016.

The feds initially investigated Barbati’s death as mob-related because of an old beef over the theft of the pizza joint’s famous sauce recipe, but the case was eventually handed off to the NYPD, which investigated it as a botched robbery.

Surveillance footage allegedly showed Fernandez and his white Acura at the scene  — while his cell phone was also traced to Dyker Heights and Spumoni Gardens in Gravesend the day of the shooting.

A lawyer for Fernandez last month said the cops’ story didn’t add up — noting that Fernandez didn’t know Barbati and that whoever killed him didn’t make off with his bag of cash.

The Brooklyn district attorney’s office eventually dropped the initial attempted robbery and murder charges associated with the case.
