Blindspot

7Plus

Like most of these long-running thrillers, Blindspot has largely abandoned its original premise – Jane Doe, tattoos, amnesia etc – and instead given itself over to wacky heists-of-the-week that showcase Jane's awesome self-defence chops. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. On the contrary, four seasons in it's important that people can still stop by and be entertained without having a handle on a mile of backstory. That said, when we do make contact with the backstory, there are always several characters on hand to explain it to each other, frequently more than once, so we're never in the dark too long. And the whole thing's so cuckoo it's not a good idea to pay too close attention, anyway. Just enjoy the great action sequences (of which there are many), the razor-sharp editing and the utterly implausible plot twists that still leave you begging for more.

Blindspot.
