VICTORIA Beckham has revealed how she drinks red wine – to help her keep in shape.
The former Spice Girl appeared on This Morning talking about keeping health, growing old gracefully and getting on the bottle.
The 45-year-old advised: "Drink lots and lots of water. It's key to keep yourself hydrated. And I tell myself that's it's really good to drink red wine.
"I did hear that once and it was probably the wine industry that said that. But I like it so I throw that into the equation as well."
Since having a daughter, has Victoria's view on beauty changed?
"When we were in the Spice Girls it was about accepting that we were all different and we wanted to have fun and we just wanted to look like the best version of ourselves – so it hasn't changed at all."
On being more secure now she's in her forties, Victoria revealed: “I definitely feel more confident now. Definitely.
"There were things that I used to, little paranoias that I used to have when I was younger about myself that I just don’t care so much about now that I’m older.
"You know, I think it’s about focusing on the good bits and just being kind to yourself, you know.
"I mean, I think everybody should be kind to themselves and kind to each other.”
The fitness fanatic said working out is key for her. She said: “I exercise a lot. I used to be a dancer before I was in the Spice Girls. My plan was to be a dancer and then everything changed.
"So exercise and dance has always been key to me. But I enjoy it. I put on my own playlist and I dance and it makes me feel good.
"It makes me feel happy and I think it’s finding a form of fitness that you enjoy ultimately. I think you have to enjoy it.”
She said about growing old gracefully: "I’m fine with growing older. I’m not trying to look any younger at all. I just wanna look good for my age.
"I wanna look like the best version of myself. I wanna look after what I have.
"I don’t really want to change anything. And I’m okay with that. I like how getting older feels.
"I’m OK with how it looks because it is what it is. Everybody is going to get older. But I don’t love how it sounds."
The former Posh Spice said previously that she gets up between 5.30am and 6am every day to workout for two hours before taking a break halfway through for the school run.
This includes a 7k on the treadmill during which it's the only time she watches TV –including boxsets and documentaries which she 'looks forward to'.
She explained: "It takes 45 minutes. Then I work out with a trainer – 30 minutes legs, 30 minutes arms, toning and conditioning, then loads of planks and that kind of thing for my core."
Victoria says that exercise is "really positive" and a "part of who I am now" and she also follows a precise diet.
"I am very, very disciplined in the way that I work out, in what I eat," she said.
"That’s how I’m happiest. I expect a lot from my body… I’ve got four kids, I work a lot, I travel. For me to do all that, I have to eat healthily and work out."
The mum-of-four has recently celebrated her 20 year anniversary with her hubby David Beckham this year.
She opened up about their long-term relationship and revealed how she makes things work.
She said how their kids Brooklyn, 20, Romeo, 17, Cruz, 14, and eight-year-old Harper are her and David's main focus.
The brunette explained: "The kids are our priority. Everything we do revolves around the kids. We both work really hard, we love what we do professionally. We appreciate each other."
The couple recently jetted out to Paris to mark their anniversary and VB was worried she'd have nothing to talk to him about once they were alone.
She told The Telegraph Magazine: "I said to David, ‘God, what will we have to say to each other when it's just us?’
"But we talked and laughed the whole time, and not even about the kids or work."
