EXCLUSIVE: Alexa Mansour, one of the stars of the upcoming zombie spinoff The Walking Dead: World Beyond, has signed with UTA. The agency will represent the newcomer in all areas.
This comes as it emerged that The Walking Dead: World Beyond will premiere on AMC on October 4.
The Walking Dead: World Beyond delves into new TWD mythology to follow the first generation raised in a surviving civilization of the post-apocalyptic world. Two sisters along with two friends leave a place of safety and comfort to brave dangers on an important quest.
Mansour plays Hope, one of the two sisters, a rebellious, trouble-making, fun-loving young woman, who is convinced the world is doomed and is haunted by a dark secret, something she’s kept hidden from her sister and the others around her.
She beat out thousands of actresses to win the role, opposite Nico Tortorella.
Other roles have included 2018 social media-driven genre feature Unfriended: Dark Web, from director, and next up she stars in indie feature She’s In Portland opposite François Arnaud and Minka Kelly.
She has had guest roles in a slew of TV series including Madam Secretary, Bull, Seal Team, The Resident and How To Get Away With Murder, while she made her television debut in 2014 on Law & Order: SVU.
In addition to UTA she is repped by Zero Gravity Management, Karl Austen of Jackoway Austen Tyerman Wertheimer Mandelbaum Morris Bernstein Trattner & Klein and Independent Public Relations.
