TORI Spelling’s bank is begging the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Office to force the cash-strapped actress to pay the nearly $89,000 she owes them, The Sun can exclusively reveal.

American Express Bank sued Tori, 46, and her husband Dean McDermott, 53, for failing to pay a credit card bill in January 2016.

The couple was ordered to pay the bank $87,594.55 back in October 2016.

Court papers exclusively obtained by The Sun reveal the bank is now requesting the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Office enforce the couple pay a staggering $88,731.25 on March 5, 2020.

Court documents also revealed $331.30 has been accrued in interest.

This isn’t the first time American Express has sought help from the Sheriff’s Office, as the bank requested they seize $88,246.55 in January 2019 and then $88,391.25, which includes interest, in August 2019 for the same bill.

But her financial issues don’t end with the AMEX lawsuit.

Tori was ordered to pay Cavalry SPV I, a debt-buying company on behalf of Citibank, $5,054.32 for an unpaid credit card bill in September 2018.

As The Sun previously reported, The Los Angeles County Sheriff or Marshal was directed to “enforce the judgment” against them in the amount of $5,506.94 in that case as well.

In another lawsuit, City National Bank sued Tori and Dean, who share five children together, for failing to pay back a $400,000 loan.

They were ordered to pay a judgment of $202,066 in May 2017.

The bank later claimed they never paid and a bench warrant was issued after she failed to appear in court.

The warrant was dissolved in April 2019.

The Beverly Hills, 90210 actress has struggled with her career in recent years.

The BH90210 reboot, which earned her $85,000 per episode, was canceled after only one season.

She frequently posts Instagram ads and has a web show called Tori Tried and True.

Tori’s actor husband Dean is on a podcast called Daddy Issues.

But Tori doesn’t seen phased by her money troubles, as she reportedly spent $100 on a blowout for her daughter Stella, 11, in January.

Tori has admitted to overspending on her reality shows in the past, as she is the daughter of producer Aaron Spelling, who had a net worth of $600 million at the time of his death in 2006.
