ALL hell is set to break loose this week in Albert Square and one young resident could pay the price.

Meanwhile, one EastEnders character is becoming more likely to be at the core of an upcoming Christmas murder mystery.

1. Denzel will have life-changing injuries

Much like any youngster his age, Denzel Danes (portrayed by Jaden Ladega) tests his limits with his father Howie Danes (Delroy Atkinson).

Unfortunately, tragedy is due to strike Walford when he organises a secret party at home in scenes airing on BBC One.

The lad hosts the gathering while Howie and his partner Kim Fox (Tameka Empson) attend an awards do where the latter receives and award for "Influencer of the Moment" award.

Kim even gets a prize of a brand new car to go with her new title.

Back in the Square, she's delighted and celebrates the big event but both her and Howie are quickly distracted by Denzel's party.

Disappointed, Howie and Kim quickly shut everything down and Denzel is scolded for his actions.

However, Kim is too distracted by her win and she soon offers to take him for a spin in her brand new car but things don't go as planned.

Denzel and Kim are involved in a devastating car crash and she wakes up to find the teen unconscious.

2. Denise will kill Ravi

Kim will also be involved in a plot to tear Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) away from Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams).

Denise Fox has been adamant on keeping Ravi at arm's length to protect her family after flirting with him behind her husband's back.

However, the hairdresser played by Diane Parish surely didn't expect Ravi to turn to her daughter Chelsea for company.

Denise is infuriated when the pair begin to grow closer as Ravi's son Nugget is pulled in to babysit Chelsea's baby Jordan while they go on a date.

While Nugget is saved from the crash that leaves Denzel's life in the balance this week, he can't run from his father's wrath.

Ravi tries to discipline Nugget for his actions but the youth hits back by criticising his parenting and things brutally escalate.

Petrified, Nugget runs to Suki and Nish Panesar (Balvinder Sopal and Navin Chowdhry) which leads to a tense conversation in the Minute Mart.

The Panesars warn Ravi to stay away from his son – how will he react?

Later on, Kim sees Ravi and Chelsea flirt and she tells Denise they need to intervene and sabotage the relationship before her niece gets hurt.

She corners Chelsea in an attempt to convince to break things off.

Denise, on the other hand, approaches Ravi herself to warn him to stay away from Chelsea but he ignores her threats.

Instead, he taunts her by revealing his plans to take things to the next level with Chelsea.

Denise leaves, desperate to keep her daughter away from trouble… and she makes a mysterious call.

Soon after, Callum Highway (Tony Clay) is enjoying a drink in The Vic next week with his husband Ben Mitchell.

Their date is abruptly interrupted when the copper gets an urgent call from work and Callum leaves to arrest Ravi at Walford East.

But with a looming Christmas whodunnit on the horizon in which she will be involved alongside five other Walford ladies, could Denise be tempted to get rid of Ravi permanently?

Could her ambitions backfire on her?

Fans of the London-based drama have tried to rumble who would be laying dead next to the Vic's Christmas tree.

And Ravi's name is at the top of their list of theories.

3. Freddie will seek revenge

Freddie Slater (Bobby Brazier) has mostly kept to himself since his first arrival in Albert Square.

In recent months, Freddie has formed a close bond with Bobby Beale who has become his partner in crime.

However, this week, he opens up and reveals a sad secret from his childhood to Jean Slater (Gillian Wright).

It all begins when Freddie finds himself double booked with two dates for the same evening and panics whether he can pull it off.

Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) convinces him to go for it but his other family members are far from trusting he can manage both dates.

Freddie gives it his best try later on in The Vic as Jean, her partner Harvey Monroe (Ross Boatman) and Stacey watch him while he attempts to navigate both dates.

Unfortunately for him, things will be going from bad to worse when Freddie muddles up both of his dates.

The Slaters watch the drama unfold but Jean upsets Freddie when she questions his intelligence.

This prompts Freddie to make a devastating confession about what his childhood was like and he reveals that a school teacher was involved.

What he will reveal remains to be seen but Jean is then determined to convince Freddie to confront his former school teacher who is responsible for the humiliation he endured and the harsh feelings he harbours now.

The youngster is reluctant to follow through with Jean's advice but a chat with his partner in crime Bobby Beale (Clay Milner Russell) is all he needs to decide to seek closure.

Freddie heads to his old school with Bobby, Jean and Harvey in tow for moral support.

But with such an intense encounter ahead, could it all go wrong?

Could Freddie prove he has a dark side, like many other characters in the soap?

Will he seek revenge and destroy everything on his path?
