TEEN Mom OG star Mackenzie Edwards revealed she got her "tubes tied" months after welcoming her second child with her troubled husband Ryan.

The Sun exclusively revealed in January that Mackenzie, 23, welcomed daughter Stella Rhea with Ryan, 32.

The couple welcomed their son Jagger, 1, in October 2018.

Ryan is also dad to son Bentley, 11, with ex-fiancee Maci Bookout, while she’s mom to son Hudson from a previous marriage.

Four children is enough for Ryan and Mackenzie, as she said during an Instagram Q&A when asked if they want to welcome another baby: “I had my tubes tied a month ago so it’s a no from me dawg.”

When asked about the recovery process, she responded: “I didn’t think it was that bad!”

Mackenzie also said she tried to get her tubes tied the day she gave birth.

Mackenzie’s decision to prevent a future pregnancy comes after a difficult two years for her husband.

Stella’s pregnancy announcement came after Ryan completed a 90-day jail sentence in April 2019.

He was locked up in January 2019 for breaking probation from a past possession of heroin charge.

The MTV star was also charged with theft of services under $1,000 when he allegedly failed to pay a bar tab of $36.

The theft case was dismissed.

He actually missed the birth of their son Jagger because he was completing his third stint in rehab for heroin abuse.

Ryan was issued a citation for simple possession of heroin in March 2017.

In March 2018, he was arrested for petition to revoke when he failed a court-ordered drug test.

The reality star was arrested again in July 2018 for breaking probation from a past possession of heroin charge.

He was sentenced in both cases.

Larry previously told The Sun in December 2019 that Ryan is “doing great” despite his struggle with substance abuse over the years.

He revealed: “He’s sober. He’s staying busy. Mackenzie keeps an eye on him!”

Ryan and Mackenzie bought their first house in Tennessee together in November 2019 for $309,900.

With the new season of TMOG premiering on Tuesday night, Mackenzie said on Instagram that she “hopes” positive moments of her family will air.

As viewers know, Ryan was caught on camera falling asleep at the wheel and slurring his words on their wedding day.

He entered rehab for the second time shortly after the scene was filmed.
