RYLAN Clark has joked he has turned to Twitter Spaces to find a man after splitting from husband Dan Neal.

The X Factor wannabe turned national treasure laughed he is good catch as he can 'get you a good deal on a car' thanks to his advert with car brokers Cinch.

Speaking during the now deleted live stream on Monday night, Rylan, 32, said: "I mean, I'm treating this room like Tinder.

"I'm having a little scroll down. Is this how it works ? So if I just press on someone and then…"

He laughed to Drag Race star Tia Kofi who was also in the room: "The most embarrassing thing is now.. this is when the room ends up empty and everyone leaves.

Keen not to sell himself short, the Supermarket Sweep host added: "I think I'm quite a catch. I can get people a good deal on a car."

Admitting he's not fully found his feet as a single man, Ryan went on to reveal he isn't up to date with all the apps – explaining how he wasn't even aware of Hinge.

Earlier this month Rylan joked on stage at the 2021 Attitude Awards how he has turned to notoriously raunchy app Grindr.

After briefly appearing preoccupied on his phone, he told the VIP packed crowd: "Sorry guys I was a little bit distracted, I was trying to download Grindr it's been 10 minutes. What a year, I'm genuinely thrilled to be here."

Taking a more serious tone, Rylan went on to explain he had turned to Claire Richards from Steps for support as his relationship broke down.

Rylan said: "'One of the members of this band is like a sister to me and for the past four months for probably the toughest time in my life, she's supported me and without her, I don't think I'd be here presenting this award."

The new comments come four months after Rylan released a statement regarding his marriage.

In a candid statement, Rylan said: "Following reports about Dan and I spending time apart, I feel I have to speak out as the way it is being reported is unfair.

"I have made a number of mistakes which I deeply regret and have inevitably led to the breakdown of our marriage."

The couple first met after former policeman Dan appeared on Big Brother as a contestant in 2013.

At the time Rylan was working on Big Brother's Bit On the Side
Two years later they tied the knot at Braxted Park in Essex in front of a flurry of showbiz guests including his This Morning co-stars Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes who Rylan brands his TV parents.
