DON'T Be Tardy star Kim Zolciak-Biermann has shared a gushing tribute to husband Kroy.

The 41-year-old took to Instagram to post a throwback snap of the couple from the night they "conceived" twins Kaia and Kane.

In the photo, Kim and Kroy lovingly daze at each other while kissing.

Kim wrote: "My ❤️ My soul ❤️My best friend ❤️ we conceived the TWINS the day this pic was taken."

Fans were quick to gush over the couple.

One commented: "Once in a lifetime love."

Another said: "You guys are the cutest!!!!"

A third added: "This caption is everything! ???❤️."

Kim and Kroy – who wed in 2011 – share children Kroy, eight, Kash seven, and six-year-old twins Kaia and Kane.

The NFL player, 34, also adopted Kim's older daughters Brielle and Ariana Biermann in 2013.

Back in February, Kim revealed she had copied her daughter Brielle's decision to get her lip fillers dissolved and later re-injected to make her pout "perfect."

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star shared the cosmetics update with her Instagram followers, saying: “So I jumped on the Brielle Biermann bandwagon as well.

“Had my lips dissolved and then Dr. Doan refilled them kind of to, like, make them perfect.

“I really wanted them closer to my nose per say. I wanted like a little pout here in the center. And I really wanted my line to be defined."
