This Morning presenter Phillip Schofield was left flustered during Tuesday's show as his phone seemingly went off.

The 58-year-old presenter had forgotten to switch his phone to silent mode before going on air.

During the first few moments of the show, Phil quickly turned off the sound and giggled while saying sorry to viewers.

He said: "I'm just turning my phone off to silent. Sorry!"

His mobile went off during a discussion about old food favourites.

Phil and his co-star Holly Willoughby had a platter of old-school classics in front of them, the plate boasting turkey twizzlers, potato smiley faces and dinosaur nuggets.
