Some facts: It’s 2019, a reality star is quite literally president of the United States, and The Masked Singer is the show that we, as Americans, deserve. Full of criminally insane D-listers cosplaying as eggs, trees (Scarlett Johansson, is that you?!), and other inanimate objects that would like to be removed from this narrative, season 2 of FOX’s deranged competition might be what ends me. And my cause of death will be this GIF:
Yet despite having the Egg suck the literal life out of me like some sort of hard-boiled Dementor, I have survived yet another day and am here to talk about THE FLAMINGO. I believe it was Shakespeare who once said, “The Flamingo is clearly Adrienne Bailon from Cheetah Girls,” and he appears to have been correct. At least, that’s the prevailing fan theory on Twitter, and the evidence adds up, so let’s get right into it.

The internet didn’t even need to see the Flamingo’s full performance to know Adrienne was lurking underneath those feathers. This trailer leading up to the season premiere was enough to go on:
If you peep the comments section, you’ll find a bunch of Adrienne conspiracy theorists who are inexplicably just as into The Masked Singer as I am (god help us). Behold:
Exhibit B: Adrienne’s The Real appearance
So, somewhat hilariously, Adrienne showed up on The Real and tried to deny being on The Masked Singer. “I’m not the only short person,” she said, while everyone was just all:
“I thought it was maybe Ally Brooke,” she continued, “but she’s doing Dancing With the Stars.”

But aside from that, everyone thinks the Flamingo is Adrienne because, duh, the evidence speaks for itself!
