WARNING: This article contains major spoilers from Bodies on Netflix
Bodies dropped last month and the science fiction time travel show has made waves on Netflix, shooting to the top of the streamer’s charts globally.
The limited drama series has taken the spot place as well as the most watched English-language show on Netflix with 7.7million views, Deadline reported.
Right behind Bodies was Get Gotti with 7.3million views and Life on Our Planet with 5.5million views.
Both the Beckham documentary and The Fall of the House of Usher have moved down after being top previously.
Bodies boasts a large British cast including George Parker as Henry Ashe and Kyle Soller of Poldark fame as Victorian detective Alfred Hillinghead.
There’s also the addition of Israeli Unorthodox star Shira Haas as Iris Maplewood.
Who does Greta Scacchi play in Bodies?
Many are keen to know about actress Greta Scacchi, who plays the older version of Polly Hillinghead, who becomes the wife of Sir Julian Parker/Elias Mannix (Stephen Graham).
Italian-Australian actress Greta, 63, hails from Milan, Italy and caught the acting bug after joining the University of Western Australia’s drama society and made her debut at the New Dolphin Theatre in Edward Bond’s play Early Morning.
She later went to study at the prestigious Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in London.
Some of her contemporaries included Miranda Richardson and Amanda Redman.

Her career spans back to the 1980s but some of her more recent roles include I Told You So, Run Rabbit Run, The Royal Nanny and AMC’s The Terror.

Speaking about Bodies, Stephen teased his character: “He was abandoned as a child and left fend for himself in the cruel world that he grew up in.
“He is taken in by this family and he’s shown some kind of an understanding of what it is to be loved in a sense.
“Then he becomes part of a cult and the architect of this twisted, utopian society [in the future].
“It sounds mad, doesn’t it? But it’s a beautiful madness. Beyond that it’s really tricky to talk about the plot as there’s a lot there.
“Even with my own particular journey and my character arc, there’s so much that goes on within that.”
