FRIENDS star Matthew Perry has sold his stunning four-bedroom Malibu beachfront property for $13 million.
The actor put the home up for sale in August 2020 for $14.95 and it has now been purchased for $13.1 million, nearly 10 years after he first acquired the home for $12 million.
The sell went through after Matthew revealed he was engaged to be married to longtime girlfriend, 29-year-old Molly Hurtwitz.
The home has sweeping ocean views, with two levels of wood decking that overlook the golden sands.
The open plan interior features ceiling to floor glass windows for views out over the Pacific, while the home also boasts a private patio with spa.
The 5,500-square-foot property has four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, and is only accessible behind a securely gated entry.
Inside, there is a steel and wood staircase, with hardwood flooring throughout and exposed beams adding to the beach vibes.
A galley kitchen expands out to the living and dining areas which are separated by a freestanding fireplace.
The master bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the ocean – and if that wasn't enough there is also a home cinema which seats up to 10 people with deep plush sofas.
In 2020 Matthew bought a home in nearby neighbourhood Pacific Palisades, which is half the square footage.
Matthew, 51, has dated 29-year-old literary manager Molly since 2018 with a brief split that saw him return to exclusive dating app Raya.
“I decided to get engaged," he told People in November 2020.
"Luckily, I happened to be dating the greatest woman on the face of the planet at this time.”
The Sun exclusively revealed their relationship in December 2019 as the pair enjoyed a romantic Christmas together.
Molly, a talent manager and producer, appeared to confirm the secret romance on social media as she spent Christmas at his swanky LA penthouse, posting about her “boyfriend” on Instagram alongside a photograph apparently taken at his $35 million home in Century City, Los Angeles.
In February she then confirmed that they had actually been together much longer than first thought, sharing a Valentine's message to the star.
“Second year being my Valentine, but his first as an Instagram influencer,” she wrote after the Friends actor joined the photo-sharing platform. “HVD to my favorite.”
