A MARRIED At First Sight star looks completely unrecognisable after losing an incredible eight stone.

Yesterday, Cumbria-based Adrienne's spot as an "intruder bride" on the E4 series was revealed.

Channel 4 bosses have let slip they are adding eight more people into the Married At First Sight experiment, in a hope that they will shake things up.

One of these is the stunning project support manager, 26, who has shed the "life changing" amount of weight.

Clearly proud of her new figure, Adrienne has documented her journey on Instagram.

She uses her social media page to urge followers to "invest in you" before stating "consistency is key" as she uploaded snaps showing her progress from June 2017 to February 2023.

She then posted a snap showing her posing in a bikini on-board a boat prior to her new figure.

Adrienne contrasted this with an image in which she donned a blue crop top and black leggings, pulling down the waistband to give a bigger glimpse of her rippling abs.

In her caption she wrote: "Motivation for the week ahead, keep pushing.

"Going to be spending this year setting & achieving goals, Manifesting great things and investing into myself."

Giving a telling hint at her upcoming romantic journey on MAFS, she added: "Because honey, if you can’t love yourself, how the hell you gonna love somebody else?"

Prior to her grand arrival, bosses told how Adrienne was on the hunt for "a worthy man" and felt she had "run out of dating options in rural Cumbria."

They added: "Having left the family home at 15, she’s always been fiercely independent, but now is looking for someone equally self-driven she can share a future with."

Her arrival with the rest of the bombshell bride and groom squad comes as the original MAFS line-up are getting to know their partners better – leading to explosive honeymoon scenes.
