Love Island viewers have accused Amber Gill and Ovie Soko of conspiring during their date on Friday’s episode.

During the chat, new boy Ovie, 28, revealed how if he wasn’t with Anna, he would couple up with Joanna, who is currently with Michael.

Having been dumped by Michael, some viewers are claiming Amber saw Ovie’s confession as a chance to win him back.

She joked: "Ah well, you can take her away if you want to. I'm more than happy.”

Ovie then joked in an American accent: “I’ll take her out of your situation if you need to me. Aye, aye, captain.”

Some fans questioned whether the pair are genuinely scheming to get Amber back together with Michael, after they appeared to make up earlier on in the episode.

One viewer wrote: “Omg Amber and Michael back together and then Ovie with Joanna? I can see it.”

A second wrote: "Lol at Ovie and Amber plotting a plan to steal Joanna from Michael so Amber can have Michael back. I love it when an evil plan comes together #LoveIsland.”

While a third added: “Amber and Ovie scheming to split up Michael and Joanna!”

Speaking about making amends with Michael, Amber told Ovie: “After the recoupling I hated his guts, then after that conversation last night I was like actually he's alright and I know why I liked him.

“Then I felt like I still liked him, because once I warm up to somebody and after that conversation last night I was like I know it took us a while to warm up but he had no idea how much I really liked him. I do really like him."
