LOUISE Redknapp says her sons are still "hoping" her and Jamie Redknapp will get back together.
The singer, 45, says that while kids Charley, 16, and Beau, 11, want their parents back together, they have given Louise their blessing for her to date.
However, Louise – who wowed fans last night with two leggy snaps on Instagram – makes sure her sons can speak to her about anything.
Speaking to GoodtoKnow magazine before Charley turned 16, she said: "My eldest is 15 and super-protective over me. But he knows he can talk about anything and doesn't need to be embarrassed, I'm so open.
"One morning he said to me, 'If you ever did want to go on a date, I'd be OK with it.' It was actually a big moment as he'd always been quite vocal that I'd never go on a date."
She then admits that deep down, he wants something different, saying: "They always hope their mum and dad will work things out."
Louise and Jamie split in 2017 after 19 years together and co-parent the boys together.
The pair paid tribute to their eldest Charley last week after he turned 16 – with both parents writing sweet messages to him.
The Sun recently revealed how she made it through the divorce with the help of her dominatrix friend Queenie – real name Charlie Hooper – who helped the singer come out of her shell.
A source said: “Louise adores Queenie, or Charli, as she calls her. They’ve been together through thick and thin and have supported each other through break-ups.
