Loose Women star Linda Robson has revealed a harrowing tale about the time she suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage.
Linda opened up to her fellow panellists on Thursday about her devastating third pregnancy which ended with her losing a baby.
She said: " Something didn't feel right so I rang the hospital asked to have another scan.
"I took my son Louis with me for the scan thinking everything will be fine, I got there and they scanned me and she said I just have to call someone in to see you, and I thought 'oh, that's not good.'"
Linda then revealed that her doctor then came in and told her they couldn't find a heartbeat.
She continued: "We were told I would have to go home knowing that the child was dead inside you and would have to come back the next day. So, that was a really hard day to go home that night knowing I would have to have suction the next day."
But she then told an even more gripping story about how her father found out about the unfortunate news.
Linda added: "But the worst thing was it was my second child and I was pregnant with this third one and my dad was down the caravan site and he saw someone walking towards him with a newspaper which said 'Birds of a Feather star's baby dies' so he thought it was Louis.
"He rang me up in a terrible state and said 'what has happened? Oh my god, are you alright?' I said 'yeah, I'm alright dad, I had a miscarriage and they had to take the baby away'.
"It would have been a little girl and the baby had an extra chromosome, it wouldn't have survived anyway, but it was just like a really really heartbreaking time."
Linda starred on the panel with co-hosts Jane Moore, Kaye Adams and Judi Love.
Judi has recently returned to her regular hosting spot after being eliminated from BBC One's Strictly Come Dancing.
The ITV panel often features on other hit shows, with fellow Loose Women panellists Frankie Bridge recently going on to another ITV show, I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
