Little Mix's Jesy Nelson sparks cosmetic surgery riddle on The Voice Kids finale

Little Mix performed on The Voice Kids finale tonight, but fans were left distracted from their performance by the girls’ faces.

The girls performed Bounce Back on the show, stunning fans with their bright costumes and impressive dance moves.

Fans rushed to social media to ask what cosmetic surgery the girls have received, as they thought Jesy Nelson’s face looked very different.

One fan posted: “Jesus Christ what has Jesy Nelson done to her face, so young aswell.”

Another added: “Little Mix..the one in the purple jacket.. What is wrong with her mouth?! LOL.”

A third chipped in: “Is Perrie the only one that hasn’t tampered with her face?”

But a fourth argued: “I can never get over the transformation of Little Mix. When they started they were so frumpy. What a makeover!”
